A big thank you to everyone who came along and joined us at our second Ascension Day fundraiser at St Mary’s in Poole on Thursday, 9 May 2024.
It was lovely to meet so many new faces as well as familiar ones and the feedback we received was very positive. In all, 50 people came along to support us and to listen to our fabulous guest speaker David Wells.
A big thank you to all the parishioners and priests who made us all so welcome and provided a wonderful Holy Mass followed by an amazing buffet. In total, £533.10 was raised through ticket sales and the wonderful raffle with all prizes being generously donated by local businesses.
